| According to the 3HO lifestyle, a woman is referred to as a "Shakti" which means Primal Creative Power. As a woman you are fundamentally equipped with this creative principle of the Universe. When you relate to your true self then you tap into this well of unlimited resources. You experience your power; you begin to realize the depth of your own strength and wisdom; you witness the power of your prayer to manifest. You are self-cleansing, self-regenerating, self-illuminating, self-rejuvenating. Yogi Bhajan dedicated much of his teachings specifically to women with the understanding that women have the power to change the world one family at a time. |

Beauty of Self:
When the inner beauty is attained, the outer beauty flows. It is a tragedy if, when a woman stands in front of a mirror, she doesn't know where her beauty lies. Her beauty lies in sophisticated decency. When a woman does not think she is beautiful, competent, or graceful, it is a tragedy. |

Giving up our self-respect is what the word corrupt means in the spiritual world. For by giving up ourselves, our center, our relationship with Infinity, we deny our essence. Without the essence of 'I am I am' (union with Self) we cannot communicate...Communication is meant to share what our spirit is.

Mind over Matter:
Sit in Easy Pose with the spine straight. Raise hands to face level with the sides of the hands touching and palms open toward the face. The tips of the fingers will be about level with the
hairline. Palms should be at a comfortable
distance for focusing on the hands. Look into your hands. Breathe from the navel. Sit silently and listen to Rakhay Rakhanahaar mantra.
Look not right or left…Read your hands like a palmist.
62 minutes was the original time given.
In that one thought, "I am God," what is there left to be? That uniqueness, that power, that projection is yours. It can't belong to anybody else except you. But if you live in smallness, you are just the burnt-out ashes of a fallen star. That is how life goes.
