Nerve Center Damage
To restore nerve center damage, drink Golden Milk every day for 40 days and in addition do the following exercise: Pump the Stomach in "cow position" with the head up and the knees 12 inches apart.
Turmeric is also helpful in lubricating the joints.

Healing Recipe
Golden Milk
1/8 teaspoon tumeric
¼ cup water
8 oz milk
2 tablespoons almond oil
Honey to taste
Boil tumeric in the water for 8 minutes. If it totally starts to evaporate add a little more water. Meanwhile bring the milk to a boil with the almond oil. As soon as it boils turn it off. Combine the two mixtures and add honey to sweetener to taste. For a frothy variation you may blend in the blender for 30 seconds.
This drink is essential for a woman. It wards off arthritis, is great for the joints and can break up calcium deposits. Also a wonderful tonic for the female system. For joints and bones. Tumeric is good for the skin as well.
