For Stiff Joints, drink Golden Milk (will be a link to recipe). It can be of great help. It lubricates the entire system. It is very helpful to students of meditation who spend a long time sitting in cross-legged positions.

For swollen joints
, drink potato juice and also potato peel soup.

For arthritis, it has proven effective in some cases to drink peppercorn tea (tea brewed with black peppercorns). This tea will make you sweat. Wrap yourself in a warm blanket, which will make you sweat even more. Practice for one hour per day. This sweating will make you sweat even more. Practice for one hour per day. This sweating will cause you to eliminate toxins which are the cause of some forms of arthritis. Pistachio Paranthas (see recipe below) can also be helpful in relieving arthritis.

Other beneficial foods, Coconuts are good for the bones and teeth, containing many body-building minerals. Ginger root works directly on the fourth vertebra and lower back. It relieves backache, especially when caused by sexual excess. Yogi Tea contains cinnamon, which is good for the bones.

Pistachio Paranthas

Healing

This food is known as a natural remedy for arthritis. Used as such, it can be taken as a mono diet. It can also help a man to build his potency, or to repair damage to his sexual organs. For this purpose, a man should one day a week eat two paranthas and nothing else.

Flour:
½ cup corn flour
½ cup garbanzo flour
½ cup bhajara flour (if not available, use whole wheat flour)
3 cups whole wheat flour

Stuffing:
1 lb. pistachio nuts – raw, shelled, unsalted
1 cup minced cauliflower
1 chopped onion
2 tsp. saffron
1 tsp. ground red chilies
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
¼ cup milk
Ghee

Soak saffron overnight in milk. In morning, blend until smooth. Finely chop stuffing ingredients and mix well, or blend in food processor to form a fine mixture. Mix the flours with water to form a doughy consistency.

Knead the dough for a while, then place a golf ball size ball on a floured surface and roll to about a 6-inch diameter. Place about ½ cup of the stuffing in the middle, then bring up the sides of the dough around it, pinching it together at the top to seal the stuffing inside. Roll it out again into a flattened 6-inch diameter. Cook for 10 – 15 minutes over a low flame on a dry chapatti pan or frying pan. Then turn it over and pour melted ghee on top of the parantha. It will seep through the other side. Cook for about 5 minutes, pressing the top of the parantha with a spoon until thoroughly cooked. Serve with yogurt.
Makes about 12 medium paranthas.
